U-Boat Darkmoon 44mm Imperial Blue IBP Rubber Strap Watch

The Ultimate Expression of Tuscan High-Contrast Fluid Immersion Handcrafted in Lucca, Tuscany, the U-Boat Darkmoon 44mm (Ref. 8700 / 8700/B) showcases Italo Fontana’s signature liquid-filled horological architecture in an ultra-legible black-and-beige configuration. The electropolished AISI 316L stainless steel case receives a resilient matte black IPB/PVD treatment, framing a dial cavity completely submerged in a specialized, low-viscosity transparent oil bath. This liquid medium completely eliminates internal light reflection, producing a dramatic "glassless" visual effect with intense depth, saturated black contrast, and complete legibility from extreme viewing angles. The deep matte black dial is highlighted by warm beige Super-LumiNova numerals, indices, and hands, while a dynamic compensating air bubble moves freely across the dial to balance ambient temperature shifts.
