Montegrappa Otto Fountain Pen IP Palladium 18k Gold Nib Medium

Italian Horological Geometry & Classic Octagonal Craftsmanship

Drawing direct inspiration from the golden ratio and Montegrappa’s signature eight-sided geometric architecture, the Montegrappa Extra Otto Fountain Pen (Ref. ISZ8I38P) represents an extraordinary convergence of heritage artisan materials and precision engineering. Handcrafted in Bassano del Grappa, Italy, the cap and octagonal barrel are precision-machined from cured Italian celluloid, providing a distinct organic depth, warmth, and balance in the hand. The geometric facets catch the light from every angle, complemented by mirror-polished .925 sterling silver trim featuring Montegrappa’s engraved Greek fret motif and the patented pocket clip with an integrated micro-roller wheel. Anchored by an oversized #8 two-tone 18k solid gold Broad (B) nib seated on a handcrafted ebonite feed and powered by an internal brass-geared piston mechanism, the Extra Otto stands as an iconic flagship writing instrument for serious fine pen collectors.
